Africa. Marine Geology instructor (4 years) on Navy educational outreach
programs (OCEANS ALIVE and SEA SCHOLARS).
Project Leader for Klein 5000/Data Sonics side-scan, acoustic
back-scatter surveys. This provides ground-truth
for acoustics in conjunctions with SIMRAD multibeam-swath bathymetry surveys
for homeland defense. Shipboard Data Manager GS-12:
ISS-60 System managing bathymetry/gravity and physical oceanography survey
operations, responsible for data collection and quality. Monitor all systems and data streams,
supervise watch standers and train new personnel. Back up data-sets daily and generate reports and final data
package for transmission to office. Senior

05-08/98 North Pacific onboard R/V Revelle, new land stations in Hawaii;
